Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Gida Housing (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Operators and organization partners are responsible for the accuracy of the listings, tenants and documents they submit.

Matching and verification

Circe provides AI-assisted matching and document verification to help, not to replace, your own judgment. Gida facilitates connections between renters and operators but is not a party to any lease or rental agreement and does not guarantee any placement or outcome.

Payments

Organization subscriptions are billed through Stripe on the plan you select. Operators are charged a commission only when a placement succeeds, at the rate disclosed to them; Gida never holds rent. Fees are described at the point of purchase and are non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service, attempt to access data you are not authorized to, post unlawful or discriminatory content, or interfere with its operation. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gida is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
